ABNEE BUILT LLC (“ABNEE BUILT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the ABNEE BUILT LLC Android application.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our app.

1 Scope

This Privacy Policy applies only to the ABNEE BUILT LLC Android application. The app provides construction-service information, project-planning tools, inquiry forms, and site-visit request support.

The app does not require user registration or create user accounts. It does not automatically submit quote requests or site-visit requests to our servers.

2 Information You May Choose to Provide

When using certain app features, you may voluntarily enter information such as:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Project or site address
• Project type and approximate size
• Budget range
• Project description
• Preferred site-visit date and time

This information is optional and is used only to prepare a quote inquiry, site-visit preference, or email message when you choose to use those features.

3 Local Storage

The app stores quote inquiries, site-visit preferences, local request IDs, and onboarding status on your device using Android SharedPreferences.

This locally stored information helps the app display saved requests in the Request Tracker and prepare email details when you choose to contact us.

4 Email Communications

When you select an email action, the app opens a compatible email application and prepares a message addressed to:

The message is not sent automatically. You can review, edit, or cancel it before sending.

If you send an email, its content is processed by your email provider and received by ABNEE BUILT LLC. We may use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, provide requested services, and maintain appropriate business records.

To request deletion of information you sent by email, contact us at info@abneebuilt.site. We may retain certain information where necessary to meet legal, security, or record-keeping obligations.

5 Internet Access and Images

The app uses an internet connection to load construction-related images from Unsplash over HTTPS.

When images are loaded, Unsplash or its delivery providers may receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, device or browser headers, request time, and network information. Unsplash handles this information according to its own privacy policy:

6 App Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Internet access — to load remote construction images and open online content where applicable.
• Vibration access — to provide optional interface feedback.

The current version of the app does NOT request access to:

• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts
• Camera
• Microphone
• SMS messages
• Call logs
• Storage files
• Advertising ID

7 Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Version 1.0 of the app does not include:

• Advertising SDKs
• Analytics SDKs
• Cross-app tracking
• Push notifications
• Background location tracking

8 Data Sharing

The app does not automatically share your locally saved quote or site-visit information.

Information leaves the app only when you intentionally use an external service, such as sending an email. Loading remote images may also share standard technical network request information with Unsplash, as explained above.

9 Data Retention and Deletion

Locally saved requests remain on your device until you:

• Delete saved requests from the in-app Request Tracker;
• Clear the app’s storage through Android settings; or
• Uninstall the app.

Because the app does not create accounts, there is no account-deletion process.

If you sent us information by email, you may request deletion by contacting info@abneebuilt.site. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution.

10 Data Security

Local app information is stored in the app’s private Android storage area. Remote images are requested using HTTPS.

Email messages are handled by the email application and email provider you choose. Although we take reasonable steps to protect information, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11 Children’s Privacy

ABNEE BUILT LLC is a construction-planning and business-service application intended for adults. The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

12 Third-Party Services

The app may interact with:

• Unsplash, for remote construction images;
• Your chosen email application and email provider, when you choose to send a message;
• Android system services required for app functionality.

Each third party handles information according to its own privacy practices and terms.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s features, data practices, or legal requirements change.

The latest version will be made available within the app and at the public Privacy Policy URL listed in Google Play Console. The Effective Date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
